双昇龍｜Twin Rising Dragons
本作は伊豆山に伝わる二頭の龍の伝説をモチーフに制作した作品である。伊豆山の守護神として知られる赤白龍はそれぞれ火と水の力を司どり、豊かな水源を生み出したという。作品には伊豆山神社の御神木である常緑針葉樹・ナギの葉を使用し、一枚一枚の葉に龍の鱗や泡玉、地脈などをイメージしたドローイングを施した。
This artwork expresses the legend of the two dragons of Mt. Izu. The red and white dragons, guardian deities of the mountain, control fire and water and are said to have created its abundant hot springs. Made from the sacred tree of Izusan Shrine, each leaf features drawings evoking dragon scales, bubbles, and earth veins.
